Hon'ble AP CAT Hyderabad not granted stay order against ITS officers absorption process in BSNL: Two SLPs filed by 16 & 17 ITS officers in Hon'ble CAT Hyderabad was heard for two days i.e. 31.10.2011 & 02.11.2011 and judgment deliver today, wherein stay order has not been granted against ITS Officers absorption process in BSNL. The case is posted for hearing in the next month i.e. First week of Dec'2011.
